RETURNS & REFUNDS

All Marsh House antique, vintage, and previously owned items are final sale. Due to the unique nature and condition of these one-of-a-kind pieces, we do not accept returns or exchanges for change of mind, size, color, age-related wear, or other characteristics disclosed in the product description or photographs.

We make every effort to accurately describe and photograph each item, including its condition, dimensions, age when known, and notable imperfections. Antique and vintage pieces naturally show signs of age and use, including variations, patina, wear, and minor imperfections. These characteristics are part of their history and are not considered defects. We encourage customers to carefully review all photographs, measurements, and condition information before purchasing.

DAMAGES & ISSUES

Please inspect your order promptly upon delivery. If your item arrives damaged, you receive the wrong item, or there is a significant issue that was not disclosed in the listing, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery at marshhouseantiques@gmail.com.

Please include your order number and photographs of the item, packaging, and any damage so that we can evaluate the issue and determine the appropriate resolution.

Please retain all original packaging and packing materials while a shipping damage claim is being reviewed.

FURNITURE

Furniture purchases are final sale. Because furniture is available for pickup or separately arranged delivery, we encourage customers to review all dimensions, photographs, and condition information carefully before purchasing.

Following purchase, Marsh House will contact you to coordinate pickup or delivery. Any delivery charges not included at checkout will be discussed and agreed upon with the customer before delivery is arranged.

CANCELLATIONS

Because our inventory consists primarily of one-of-a-kind pieces, orders begin processing promptly. Please contact us immediately if you need to request a cancellation. We cannot guarantee that an order can be cancelled once processing has begun.
